1. Who we are

businessbox.me is the website of BusinessBOX Consultancy LLC (“BusinessBOX”, “we”, “us”), a company registered with the Qatar Financial Centre under No. 545, with its office at Al Reem Tower, Floor 16, Office 65, West Bay, Doha, Qatar.

If you sign a proposal or engagement letter with us, its terms apply together with these terms. Where the two differ, the signed proposal or engagement letter prevails.

2. Our services

We provide paid consultations, feasibility studies, business valuations, business plans, market research, and brand management and marketing services. The scope, timeline and fee of each engagement are agreed with you in writing, in a proposal, engagement letter or invoice, before the work starts.

3. Fees and currency

• Consultations are charged at QAR 1,000 per hour.
• Other engagements are charged at the fee agreed in writing for that engagement.
• Clients in Qatar are invoiced in Qatari riyals (QAR). Clients outside Qatar are invoiced in US dollars (USD).
• Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We may ask for payment, in full or in part, before the work starts.

4. How to pay

Each invoice we send includes a “Pay now” link. It opens a secure payment page run by MyFatoorah, our licensed payment gateway, where you can pay by card and by the other methods shown on that page. Where the invoice shows our bank details, you can also pay by bank transfer.

Your card details are entered on MyFatoorah’s page and are handled by MyFatoorah. BusinessBOX never sees or stores your full card number. Once a payment is confirmed, it is recorded against your invoice. The charge appears on your card statement as BUSINESSBOX CONSULTANCY LLC.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Fees are non-refundable once paid. You can cancel an engagement at any time, but cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. If we cancel an engagement ourselves, or cannot deliver it, we refund the part of the fees that covers work we have not done. 6. Your information

Our work relies on the information, documents and data you give us. You are responsible for making sure they are accurate and complete, and that you have the right to share them with us.

7. The nature of our work

Feasibility studies, valuations, business plans and projections are professional estimates. They are based on the information available when the work is done and on the assumptions stated in each report. They are not a guarantee of future results, of financing approval by any bank or investor, or of any return on investment. Decisions you take based on our work remain your own.

8. Confidentiality

We keep the information you share with us confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed service, unless the law requires us to disclose it. If you need a signed non-disclosure agreement, ask us before you share your information.

9. Intellectual property

Once an engagement is paid in full, you may use its deliverables for your own business purposes. Our methods, models, templates and know-how remain ours. The content and design of businessbox.me belong to BusinessBOX and may not be copied without our permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit or opportunity.

11. Feasab.ai

Feasab.ai is a separate online service with its own terms, published on feasab.ai.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Qatar Financial Centre and the State of Qatar. We will always try to resolve any disagreement with you directly first. Disputes that cannot be resolved this way are referred to the competent courts in Qatar.

13. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is limited or removed only as far as necessary, and the rest of these terms remains in full force.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The version in force when you agreed an engagement applies to that engagement.
